This Airpod app provides a convenient way to monitor the battery status of your Apple AirPods generation 1/2, AirPods Pro, or Beats by Dr. Dre (Gen 3).

Simply open the Airpod app to check the charge level of your Apple AirPods or Beats by Dr. Dre. Alternatively, you can enable the notification feature for a quick glance at the battery status.

* Please note that certain features need to be manually activated in the settings.

The battery status is displayed with an interval size of 10% (Full | 95% | 85% ...) due to the limited accuracy of the devices' battery information transmission. Additionally, the AirPods case does not have a Bluetooth transmitter, so the battery level of the case is only shown when at least one AirPod is inserted.

This app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface, which requires Location Permission because Bluetooth LE is also used for indoor navigation beacons.

It's important to note that customizing AirPods and changing the double-tap functionality can only be done by connecting to an iPhone or MacBook. After customizing with one of these devices, you can then use the modified double-tap functionality on Android.

Please be aware that this app may not work with Huawei, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, and other Chinese branded phones. These companies sometimes use non-standard Bluetooth hardware in their devices.
